Rujuta Gandhi, M.D., Medical Director of Regional Health Clinic
Dr. Gandhi, Regional Health Clinic's medical director, is a board-certified, family medicine physician—caring for both children and adults. She is passionate about preventive health care and chronic disease management. In addition to managing our medical staff at all four local health clinic locations, Dr. Gandhi also sees patients at our State Street location. Dr. Gandhi attended Illinois Wesleyan University, Ross University Medical School and completed her residency at Advocate Christ.
Harrison Dai, D.D.S.
Dr. Dai is a dentist providing affordable dental care to our patients. He studied at Northwestern University and at the University of Illinois Dental School. When patients heard that Dr. Dai would be taking charge of our new on-site dental clinic in Hammond, we literally heard squeals of excitement. Even moments after receiving extensive dental work, his patients come out with a smile.
Felicia Sanford, Psy.D.
Felicia is a behavioral health consultant for Regional Health Clinic. Her years of experience at our parent organization, Regional Mental Health Center, has earned her recognition as one of the first people mental health clients met as they took that first step to getting better. Felicia holds a doctorate of psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She also holds a master's degree from Roosevelt University and an undergraduate degree from Loyola University.
Sujittra Niyakorn, M.D.
Dr Niyakorn is a board-certified, family medicine physician with more than 12 years of experience. She is compassionate and detail-oriented—making her a great asset to our patients, our clinic and our community. Dr. Niyakorn graduated from the University of Kansas’ School of Medicine.
Lee Patterson, M.D.
Dr. Patterson is a board-certified pediatrician with more than 25 years of primary health care experience. As a pediatrician, Dr. Patterson treats children from infancy to 18 years old. He specializes in the management of asthma, allergies, dermatological conditions, and the prevention of childhood obesity. Dr. Patterson completed his pediatric residency at Rush Children’s Hospital in Chicago. He holds a medical doctorate from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and an undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
René M. Roberts, M.D.
Dr. Roberts completed earned her medical doctorate at Indiana University and an undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado. She has worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Seton Family Health Center in Chicago. Dr. Roberts is a board-certified, family medicine physician and t.v. show host of "Medicine Makers."
Frank Stirlacci, M.D.
Dr. Stirlacci is an internist and pediatrician with more than 25 years of experience. Before completing his residency at the University of Louisville, Dr. Stirlacci earned a degree from Boston University.
Janee Ware, M.D.
Dr. Ware is a board-certified, family medicine physician. She is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. Dr. Ware specializes in working with underserved communities on women's health care maternity care. Dr. Ware earned her medical doctorate at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
La Tasha M. Pittman, MSN, FNP-BC
La Tasha is a board-certified, nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience. She loves taking the time to educate her patients on ways to improve their health. When she isn't wearing a stethoscope, she can be found in skates at a nearby roller rink. La Tasha graduated from Governor State University.
Tricia Deskovich, FNP-BC
Tricia Deskovich is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Knowing it is an honor to be part of a patient's health care team, Tricia educates and guides her patients to make the best decisions for a healthy lifestyle. She has been a registered nurse for more than 20 years and has practiced as an FNP-BC for the past seven years. Tricia earned her master’s degree in nursing from St. Xavier University.
Diane Hennessy, FNP-BC
Diane is a board-certified, family nurse practitioner. As a Chicago "South-sider," Diane has a passion for getting to know her patients and helping them live their best lives. Outside of clinic hours, she enjoys working out and being the mother of four children. Diane earned a master's in nursing from Saint Xavier and an undergraduate degree from Alverno College.
Adam Machara, L.D.H.
Adam Machara loves being a dental hygienist because he can provide the best oral treatments while making his patient's visits as relaxing and comfortable as possible. When he isn't increasing his patient's confidence through cleaner, whiter smiles, Adam enjoys going to the movies, live UFC events, fishing and spending as much time as he can with his wife and son. Adam graduated from Indiana University.
